By accessing and using Toningo, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

Service description

Toningo is a progressive web application (PWA) designed for absolute musical ear training. We offer interactive lessons, practice modes, speed challenges, and social features to help you improve your musical note recognition ability.

User accounts

You can use Toningo without an account, with data stored locally. If you choose to sign in with Google, your progress will sync to the cloud. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Intellectual property

All content on Toningo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, is the property of Toningo and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Toningo's systems or networks.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the application.
• Repeatedly click on ads or manipulate the advertising system.

Advertising

Toningo displays ads provided by Google AdSense to fund the free service. By using Toningo, you agree to the display of these ads.

Limitation of liability

Toningo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Toningo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
